Trying to get back to normal at the nation's airports. I'm Ted Lindner, FOX news. Now that the government shutdown is over, the FAA says they are lifting all restrictions on commercial flights that were imposed at 40 major airports during the country's longest work stoppage. Airlines can resume their regular flight schedules starting Monday morning at 6am U.S. transportation Secretary Sean Duffy and the FAA Administrator Brian Bedford making the announcement of the termination of the FAA emergency order. They do caution, though, that there still could be delays and cancellations on Monday. So make sure you call ahead and check with your carrier. The US Military carrying out another strike on a boat says was carrying drugs and operated by narco terrorists. The strike in the eastern Pacific Ocean killed three people.

This comes as the USS Gerald Ford, the world's largest aircraft carrier. It is now in the Caribbean. And this is joining the military buildup that has gathered in the region. The administration says the U.S. operation formerly name Southern Spear aims to remove narco terrorists. But there has been bipartisan concern regarding the illegality of the strike against these alleged drug boats.

The New York jets player Chris Boyd in critical condition after being shot Sunday morning during an argument outside a New York city restaurant. The NYPD's not naming Boyd, but say a 29 year old man was shot in the abdomen. They say he is in critical but stable condition. That's Fox's Connor Hanson. ICE agents arrested more than 80 people in Charlotte, North Carolina during the first day of an operation dubbed Charlotte's Web. Fox's Chanley Painter has more.

The Department of Homeland Security, though, saying Operation Charlotte's Web is to ensure Americans are safe and public safety threats are removed, pointing to the city's sanctuary policies as preventing some 1400 detainers from being honored and putting criminal illegal migrants from murderers, rapists and pedophiles back on Charlotte's street.

President Trump promising $2,000 tariff dividend checks for American citizens are coming, but they won't arrive in time for the Christmas shopping season.
