Mother Nature may have some unwelcome surprises in store for Thanksgiving travelers as a cross country storm could bring flight delays and dangerous driving conditions. Forecasters say the storm system, which originated in the Southeast, could affect the central, southern and eastern US this week. Heavy rain, severe thunderstorms and periods of snow could disrupt disrupt both traffic on the roads and in the skies. The Tuesday and Wednesday before Thanksgiving are usually the busiest travel days and fall in the time frame for significant weather events. AAA says this week is expected to see record high travel numbers with an estimated 82 million people driving and flying to their holiday destinations. Tonya J. Powers, FOX News.

A federal judge has dismissed the criminal cases against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Tish James, concluding that the prosecutor who brought the charges at President Trump's urging was illegally appointed by the Justice Department. The rulings from U.S. district Judge Cameron McGowan Curry amount into a stunning rebuke of the Trump administration's efforts to target Trump's political opponents as well as his legal maneuvering to hastily install a loyalist prosecutor willing to file the cases. US Attorney General Pam Bondi, responding on.

The orders make Lindsay Halligan the latest Trump administration prosecutor to be disqualified because of the manner in which they were appointed. Former FBI Director James Comey reacting on Monday as well. This case mattered to me personally, obviously. But it matters most because a message has to be sent that the president of the United States cannot use the Department of Justice to target his political enemies. America's listening to FOX News.
