Lawmakers from both parties say they support congressional reviews of U.S. military strikes against alleged drug smuggling boats in the Caribbean and eastern Pacific. They cited a published report that Secretary of War Pete Hagseth issued a verbal order for the US to kill all crew members on a boat as part of a Sept. 2 attack.
