In family court custody documents, Thomas Hudson alleges his ex wife Chantel Hudson failed to properly supervise their 16 year old son during a trip on a Carnival Horizon cruise ship last month. The teen is being investigated in the death of his stepsister, 18 year old Anna Kepner, who was found asphyxiated in the room the two were sharing after the ship returned to Miami. A copy of a death certificate obtained by ABC News rules her death a homicide, but local and federal officials have yet to confirm this in the court documents. The boy's father also says he never gave the teen permission to go on the trip. Kepner was vacationing with her father, stepmother, her stepmother's two children, and her grandparents. 27 of the fatalities were campers from Camp Mystic, a popular young girls Christian summer camp near Kerrville. The Supreme Court has agreed to consider the constitutionality of the President's order on birthright citizenship, the order declaring that children born to parents who are in the United States illegally or temporarily are not automatically American citizens. The case will be argued in the spring. The justices will hear the President's appeal of a lower court ruling that struck down his executive order. Netflix striking a deal to buy Warner Brothers Discovery and HBO Max for $72 billion. The deal announced today, bringing together two huge operations in television and film. America is listening.
