A federal indictment out of Oklahoma for a man accused of threatening to kill federal agents.

The unsealed indictment shows 26 year old Logan Murphin accused of five counts of threatening to assault and murder federal law enforcement officers with intent to impede, intimidate, interfere and retaliate. Another five counts of interstate communication with a threat to injure. That from federal prosecutors in the Northern District of Oklahoma who tell Fox News that Murphy knowingly posted several threatening and intimidating statements on social media in October against ICE agents amid ongoing immigration action. No word if Murphy is being represented. Homeland Security is investigating the case. Jeff Manasso, FOX News the grand jury.

The Postal Service says it's ready for the busiest week of 2025. December 15th kicks off the last week to get millions of holiday cards and packages in the mail to be delivered in time for Christmas. Tuesday, December 16, the deadline for postal ground Advantage packages, Wednesday for First Class, Thursday for Priority Mail and Saturday the 20th for Priority Mail Express. In the lower 48, UPS and FedEx with similar deadlines. Their three day ground deadline is next Friday. This year, Christmas falls on a Thursday, exactly two weeks from today.
