Local leaders have suggested they have to stay tight lipped about the person of interest now detained because they don't want to compromise any potential prosecution. Providence police have only described this person as someone in their 20s. But the Associated Press is now reporting that two handguns have been recovered, including one with a laser. The other big clues have come from FBI Director Cash Patel who shared photos earlier today on X saying they show the federal agents and the geolocation tools that were used to track the cell phone of the person of interest to a hotel in Coventry, Rhode island and.

A survey shows the holiday season has not been quite so merry for American shoppers.
Daria Albinger
You've probably noticed it. Almost everything costs more this holiday shopping season, from groceries to electricity to especially the items on your holiday gift list. And you're not alone. That's what roughly half of Americans told a survey by the Associated Press Newark center for Public Affairs Research. Many say they're dipping into savings, scouring for bargains, delaying purchases and using credit cards a lot more than they have in years past. The White House disagrees. President Trump insisting there is no inflation and that the US economy is booming. 68% of respondents to the survey, however, continue to say that the US Economy is poor. That's unchanged from last December. Daria Albinger, FOX News.
