US District Judge Gerald Pappert said Penn must give the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission its records on Jewish employees on campus. The EEOC filed suit to have a subpoena enforced to aid its investigation into illegal employment practices led to anti Semitic harassment on campus. Judge Papert upheld most of the subpoenas provisions, but said the Ivy League school is not required to say if a worker is with a Jewish organization or give details about those groups.
