Court document containing what is believed to be a suicide note written by Jeffrey Epstein has been unsealed by a judge. Here's Fox's Grinnell Scott.

The note, believed to have been written as Epstein sat in a Manhattan jail cell awaiting trial, express belief that investigators had no evidence of alleged sex crimes he faced. Part of it read, they investigated me for months, found nothing. The note also contained the sentence time to say goodbye, which could be interpreted as an intent to commit suicide. The New York Times reported the writing was found in July 2019 after an apparent attempt to end his life. That Epstein survived. That was July 23. Epstein was found unresponsive Aug. 10 and later pronounced dead in New York. Granal Scott, Fox News.

A U.S. district judge has ruled the federal government does not have to return the 2020 election ballots from Georgia's Fulton county, seized by the FBI from a warehouse near Atlanta. Lawyers for the county had argued the ballots and other election material should be returned because the seizure, they said, was improper and unconstitutional. America is listening to FOX News.

More Ted Turner, who founded CNN in 1980, pioneering the 24 hour network that changed TV news, has died, according to a news release from Turner Enterprises. Known for his brash, outspoken nature that earned him the nickname Captain Outrageous, the Atlanta businessman built a media company that created cable channels including including tbs, tnt, Turner Classic Movies and Cartoon Network. Turner owned the Atlanta Braves for 20 years and was also known for his philanthropy. In 2018, a month before his 80th birthday, he revealed a diagnosis of Lewy Body dementia, a progressive brain disorder. He leaves behind five children, 14 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Powers, Fox News at least three people are dead, five others infected after the hantavirus outbreak aboard a cruise ship.

The Dutch flagged MV Hondius, carrying some 150 passengers, a crew including 17Americans and the dangerous hantavirus made a new theory of how it got on board. Argentine officials reportedly looking at the possibility a Dutch couple contracted the virus before getting on the ship while bird watching at a landfill full of rodents. Exposure to rodent dropping can transmit the disease.

Fox's Greg Palkot, Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani is improving, according to a statement from his spokesman, Ted Goodman on Instagram. The 81 year old Giuliani is out of the ICU and will spend more time recovering before leaving the hospital. The mayor and his family appreciate, they say, the outpouring of love and prayer sent his way. It goes on to say that the power of prayer is working. The mayor feels it. We feel it. Please keep them coming for America's mayor, Rudy Giuliani. Giuliani was hospitalized in Florida over this past weekend after he was diagnosed with pneumonia.
