teenager Carmelo Anthony has been sentenced by the same jury that convicted him of murdering another teenager during a track meet at a suburban Dallas High School. Fox's Brooke Taylor is McKinney with more.

The jury has sentenced Carmelo Anthony to 35 years behind bars after finding him guilty of murder. I'm told that he is eligible for parole after he serves half his time. The jury had the option to give him as much as 99 years behind bars, but again, they have chosen to give him 35 years. And I do want to mention a bunch of supporters out here. They have erupted again, pretty shocking. This is a direct quote, I just heard one woman, one supporter say, quote, those twins, meaning the victim and his twin brother who were there at the time are, quote, domestic racist terrorists.

The House has passed a $70 billion bill to fund ICE and Customs and Border Protection for the next three years. Details from Fox's bill Malusia.

The final vote here was 214 to 212. Every Republican president voted yes. Every Democrat present voted no, while independent Congressman Kevin Kiley also voted no because he says the bill included no reforms to ice. House Speaker Mike Johnson taken a victory lap over Democrats just after that vote.
