the house has passed a sweeping housing affordability bill aimed at boosting the supply of homes and crackdown on large investors buying up houses. The 21st century road to Housing act, as it's known, includes grant funding and pilot programs to build new homes. The bill passing 358 to 32 a day after it cleared the Senate by a vote of 85 to 5. The measure now heads to President Trump, who is expected to sign it into law on Wednesday. President Trump visiting a Mack Truck facility in Pennsylvania today as both parties race to see who will control Congress after the midterms. That average creeping up to 85.6 degrees Fahrenheit Tuesday, setting a new record as the hottest day ever in France. The previous record being 84.9 degrees Fahrenheit set during heat waves in 2003 and 2019. The Eiffel Tower in the Louvre Museum had to restrict visiting hours around Europe.
