We are just getting word that the suspected shooter accused of starting a fire and then ambushing first responders, killing two firefighters and wounding at least one that we heard was in surgery earlier that a person was found with a gunshot wound. They believe that is the shooter.

And authorities are saying that at least two firefighters are dead. Another was taken to surgery. That person's condition unknown. Authorities are planning a news conference later this morning to provide more information. Also, a rare working Sunday night in the Senate where debate's underway on President Trump's big, beautiful bill. Fox's Chad Burkham says they could be at it for hours.

The Senate is inching closer to voting on the big, beautiful bill. Senate Democrats hamstrung debate on the bill. They mandated that Senate clerks take turns reading the entire bill, all nine hundred and forty pages out loud. Democrats are railing against the bill. They contend that millions will lose health benefits. Republicans are touting tax provisions and border security. House conservatives believe the bill evolved in the Senate. They argue that the Senate parliamentarian nixed some important House provision to comply with Senate budget rules.

Senate Republicans say that a vote could come as early as Monday. However, House Democrats say it could come on Wednesday. Well, the president's making strides on a social media app.

The migrant detention center in Florida known as Alligator Alcatraz is the subject of a new lawsuit against Governor Ron DeSantis. Here's Fox's Madison Scarpino.

Governor DeSantis says alligator Alcatraz could start housing migrants on Tuesday. It's being built on a former training base in the marsh Florida Everglades. But the groups filing this lawsuit and people who are just against Alligator Alcatraz say it could really harm the environment. The lawsuit to protect this land was filed Friday and yesterday, protesters lining a nearby highway waving signs and making speeches. But Governor DeSantis says this will not have any effect on the environment.

The facility, estimated to cost about $400 million a year to operate. And after more than 630 days of fighting, efforts to end the Israel Hamas war are wrapping.
