Chief Justice John Roberts cites centuries of case law and the framers intentions in rejecting an executive order intended to eliminate automatic citizenship, the children born in the US the parents living in the country illegally or temporarily. In his opinion, Roberts writes, if Congress intended to limit American citizenship to the children of those domiciled in the US Nothing in the succinct language of the citizenship clause conveyed that lower courts had blocked the executive order. Iran is circulating a plan with US Ally Oman to collect tolls in the Strait of Hormuz despite American objections. The White House, reacting to the news as reported by the New York Times, telling Fox President Trump has been clear that Iran cannot control the strait, which is an international waterway.
