Preliminary hearings end. I'm Debra Valentine, FOX news. The preliminary hearing for the man who's accused of killing activist Charlie Kirk wrapped up today in Provo, Utah. The judge is weighing whether Tyler Robinson will go to trial in Kirk's killing.

The defense finished questioning its last witness, an ATF firearms expert, as it tries to cast doubt on the ballistics evidence. But court began this morning with a fiery statement from the lead prosecutor imploring the judge to wrap things up. Yep. Yesterday, the courtroom camera briefly aired Tyler Robinson's alleged confession note, an exhibit that wasn't supposed to be made public. And as a result, the judge ruled that today the camera could not show any more exhibits, only the testimony. The defense finished questioning Caitlin Oliver, an ATF firearms expert who analyzed the alleged murder weapon. The defense argued the bullet recovered from Charlie Kirk's autopsy could not be conclusively linked to the alleged murder weapon tied to Robinson.

Fox's Claudia Cowan reporting from Provo, Utah. A new warning involving Iran and President Trump as Israeli intelligence tells the US Tehran set up a plot to assassinate President Trump. Still, the White House says diplomacy will continue even as military strikes in the region intensify.

The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Israeli intelligence recently shared with US Intelligence an assassination plot involving Trump. But the president told the New York Post today Israel did not al to a new threat. The president in that same interview with the New York Post said that he's aware of the same general overall threat that exists from Iran. President Trump left Turkey on the old Air Force One this week, prompting speculation that the new plane, which he flew into Turkey on, wasn't equipped to handle threats.

Officials in Columbus, Ohio, provide an update on eight men who are indicted for allegedly planning a terror attack during the UFC 250 event at the White House in June. FBI Special Agent in Charge Jason Cromarty says investigators uncovered the alleged plot while investigating the first suspect, Tyson proper of Ohio. Investigators then move quickly to identify other suspects all across the country allegedly involved

Federal Prosecutor
Federal prosecutors say Robert Holowchick of Shaler Township posted comments on YouTube videos threatening a member of Congress, Democrats, transgender people and various minority groups, according to the 12 count indictment. At times, the 32 year old would identify himself as a white supremacist and a Nazi, detailing acts of violence he wanted to carry out, including mass shootings, assassinations and running people over with his truck. He faces charges including interstate threats and influencing, impeding or retaliating against a federal official by threat. If convicted, he could face up to 10 years in prison.
