He walked out of a Tennessee jail after court documents reveal he decided not to take a deal that would require him to plead guilty to human smuggling charges but then allow him to be deported to Costa Rica after his sentence. Now he's been threatened with removal to Uganda and has to report to immigration authorities on Monday. He was first taken into ICE custody in March due to his alleged ties to Ms. 13. He was mistakenly deported to El Salvador. He was brought back in June and jailed on those smuggling charges after a suspicious 2022 traffic stop resurfaced. He's now in his brother's custody in Maryland and has to wear a monitor.

The judge says that since 28 year old Harjinder Singh is an illegal immigrant, she believes he is a flight risk. The Indian national will remain in the St. Lucie County Jail in South Florida as this case plays out. He's facing three counts of vehicular homicide and three counts of manslaughter after he allegedly made an illegal U turn on a Florida highway this month. Video shows a minivan crashing into the 18 wheeler Singh was allegedly driving, killing all three passengers inside. But there are still a lot of questions as to how Singh was hired as a truck driver in the first place, let alone obtained a commercial driver's license after the crash. He failed English and road sign test.

Lyle and Eric Menendez were denied parole by the state of California in two separate hearings and the Los Angeles district attorney is happy with the result. Fox's Christina Coleman reports from LA.

The brothers admitted to the 1989 shotgun murder of their parents. They claim they acted in self defense after suffering years of abuse by their parents, including sexual abuse by their father. Initially, they deny killing their mom and dad. Louisiana County District Attorney Nathan Hoffman commended the board for denying the brothers parole. He says the decision, quote, honors the memory of Jose and Kitty Menendez who who were savagely murdered. However, Mark Garagos, their attorney who represented the brothers during resentencing, believes the parole board came in with predetermined conclusion.

They should have gotten a fair hearing and they did not get that.

Meantime, many of Lyle and Eric's family members say the brothers have shown remorse. They remain hopeful they'll be released from prison someday.
