Palestinian officials say the two strikes on the medical complex in Khan Younis killed at least 20. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu calling the strike a tragic mishap and that military authorities are conducting a thorough investigation. The IDF confirmed it carried out a strike in the area of Nasser Hospital, adding it regrets any harm to civilians and does not target journalists.
