Treasury Secretary Scott Bessant's been asked to hand over suspicious activity reports regarding the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer sent a letter to the secretary saying the committee is reviewing possible mismanagement of the federal case. He set a deadline of September 15th to see those reports. Comers also issued deposition subpoenas to several former government officials, including former President Clinton and former Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who served under President Trump. Secretary Kennedy wants Americans to address hundreds of billions of dollars spent on cigarette smoke related health costs. And he sparked speculation of being a consumer of nicotine pouches himself when he appeared to pop one in his mouth during his confirmation hearing. But the medical community is not ready to sign off. The CDC warns there are no safe tobacco products, including nicotine pouches. This is especially true for youth, young adults and women who are pregnant.

American Lung association says more research is needed to determine the health effects of nicotine pouches. And a lost boy is safe after wandering onto a monorail line high above the crowd at Hershey Park. Video posted to social media shows a park visitor bringing the youngster to safety.
