This is the largest maximum security prison in the country. It's going to be converted into an ICE detention center. We're told that 51 illegal migrants have already been detained here. Now in Gola Prison, it is notorious because again, you have the largest prison in the country. It was also once named the bloodiest prison in the south because of its harsh conditions. The Department of Homeland Security says they partnered up with the state of Louisiana to use an unused portion of this prison to detain and deport some of the worst of the worst illegal migrants.

The Trump administration making it official. Appealing to the Supreme Court after a lower court ruling found most of the president's sweeping tariffs were illegal. Attorneys asking the justices to rule quickly claiming President Trump has the power to impose sweeping trade penalties under federal law. U.S. court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit ruled against the president but left the tariffs in place for now. Vice President J.D. vance meeting with some of the family members of victims of the Annunciation Catholic Church shooting in Minneapolis. He was asked about investigating the root causes of the shooting and whether the government should be on the lookout for possible warning signs among transgender people.

Certainly we should be investigating people who are planning on targeting kids. And I think that one of the unfortunate lessons of this particular shooting is that this person who showed clear signs of derangement slipped through the cracks.

Shooting comes two and a half years after a shooting at a Presbyterian church and school in Nashville in which that perpetrator, also identified as transgender. Two Tennessee gun laws have been overturned in court, but the state is ready to appeal.

The appeals court ruled two laws are unconstitutional and void. The first law the court overturned was one that made it illegal to carry a firearm in a public park. The second that was overturned was the intent to go armed law that made it a crime for a person to be out and about with a gun having the intent to use it. The court said the language for that was too broad and it was difficult to enforce. Now the state's attorney generals appealing, saying the court's ruling has caused unnecessary confusion and risk. He's asked the three judge panel to pause the ruling while the state appeals. Jill NATO, FOX News the winning Powerball.
