His sister went in the other day. She talked to him inside of the jail. She asked him a couple of questions and she recorded it. And that now leaked audio telling him, you know, why'd you do this? Why'd you pick Aryna Zarutska? And he specifically said, I don't know what happened. It sure wasn't me. Even though he said he had an injury on his hand, he blames something inside of him that he says just took over. Decarlos Brown Jr. Has been charged with murder here. He has a lengthy rap sheet. This guy, he's been in and out of prison. At least 14 prior arrests here. Less than a month before this murder, Brown was supposed to have a mental health exam, but according to court documents, it never happened. Local leaders say just highlights a revolving door.

President Trump calling for the man to receive the death penalty. Shooting at a suburban Denver high school, leaving three teens in critical condition. This happened about midday at Evergreen high school about 30 miles west of Denver. Jefferson County Sheriff's Office Perth spokesperson believes all those people taken to the hospital were students. It's unclear whether it was a single shooter or multiple shooters. And there's no word on a motive. Matt, accused of murdering a couple and lighting their home on fire in New York City, has been caught after a manhunt. Fox's Nate Foy reporting from Queens.

The NYPD is warning people not to let anybody that you don't know inside your home because that is exactly how this double murder and arson case started. Police say the suspect, Jamel McGriff, went around this neighborhood asking people if he could get into their home to try charge his cell phone. Police say at least one neighbor turned him down, but then he knocked on the door of the victims who let him in, an elderly couple named Frank and Maureen Alton. Frank let McGriff into the backyard and then into their home. McGriff is accused of murdering the couple, stealing from them and setting the house on fire.
