A gunman opening fire on police officer serving a warrant just south of York in central Pennsylvania today, killing three officers and wounding two others critically. Shooting erupting in North Carotas Township, about 34 miles south of Harrisburg, not far from the Maryland line. Governor Josh Shapiro calling for an end to the violence.

ABC has suspended Jimmy Kimmel's late night TV show indefinitely following comments he made about the assassination of Charlie Kirk. The network's decision came as nexstar announced its ABC affiliated stations would preempt Jimmy Kimmel Live over those comments. The move also comes after a threat from FCC Chairman Brendan Carr, who threatened ABC and the owner, Disney. And he told Fox's Hannity these legacy.

It was a week ago, right around this time that this campus was gripped by fear and chaos. Right now, obviously much more calm as students are returning to classes here for the first time since Charlie Kirk was assassinated, as our understanding is that Utah Governor Spencer Cox was on the ground here and at the actual shooting site on campus, a large American flag. Kirk's alleged killer has now been formally charged with seven different counts, including aggravated murder. FBI sources tell Fox that right now it's talking to people on the Discord gaming platform where they were apparently active. The FBI says the alleged assassin may have been talking to more than 20 people prior to his arrest.

A federal immigration judge is ordering pro Palestinian activist Mahmoud Khalil to be deported to Syria or Algeria. Judge in his ruling said Khalil failed to disclose certain information on his green card application. Kahlil's lawyers suggested in a filing they intend to appeal the deportation order. They're concerned the appeals process will be swift and unfavorable. Khalil's March 8 arrest and subsequent detention in Louisiana was part of the Trump administration's ongoing crackdown on foreign born pro Palestinian academics. I'm Sue Guzman. This is Fox News.
