Justice Department coming from some sources that are involved in this. We're told that a false statement charge and an obstruction of justice charge. There were three that were brought before the grand jury and the grand jury handed up an indictment on two of those. So alleged false statement and alleged obstruction of justice. Attorney General Pam Bondi said that she could not comment. And this was as the grand jury was still underway and still deliberating. So this was a deliberation that happened in Alexandria in Northern Virginia.

We are learning more about the shooter behind the fatal shooting in an ICE detention facility in Dallas, Texas Wednesday that left a detainee dead and two others injured. The latest from Fox's Nate Foy.

Federal authorities say the shooter, 29 year old Joshua Yan, spent months planning this attack and that he intended to kill ICE agents, not migrants. He failed in that. Now, investigators collected evidence here at the crime scene, and they also went to the shooter's home in nearby Fairview, Texas. They found several notes and digital evidence indicating his target. And in the two days leading up to the shooting, Yan searched for the Charlie Kirk assassination video multiple times. He also searched for an app that tracks ICE agents and used a ladder to reach a nearby rooftop before firing.

Several Pentagon sources confirming to Fox News that Secretary of War Pete Hegseth has ordered hundreds of the US Military's generals and admirals to gather on short notice at a Marine Corps base in Virginia next Tuesday.
