President Trump is sending the National Guard to Portland, Oregon to halt anti ICE protests. Fox's Bill Malusian is there.
G
ICE Portland tells us that their federal building has been the scene of nightly protests going all the way back to June 1st. We are talking more than 100 nights straight now. Last night's protest wasn't very big. Maybe a couple dozen people out here or so, but we did get exclusive access to ICE and that building as they made some arrests. Typically, what happens is about every hour or so, federal agents and gas masks open up the gates of the property to either make a targeted arrest or clear the way for vehicles to come in and out. As crowds of protesters and agitators are waiting for them outside, many of them yelling obscenities on bullhorns, some of them wearing black block with helmets or shields.

The lawsuit argues that violates the state constitution, which requires a higher standard for detaining someone, that it infringes on privacy rights and could lead to racial discrimination. Supporters claim the law will help fight crimes like human trafficking. Carmen Roberts, Fox News.
