Overnight, hundreds of thousands of Israelis gathered here in Hostages Square for what they hope will be their final rally. With the families of those expected to be released by Hamas standing behind them and many former hostages, anticipation is high in these final hours. The hostages are expected to be picked up by the Red Cross inside Gaza and then transferred to Israeli forces. Then they'll be reunited with family members and flown by helicopter to local hospitals for medical treatment. The hostages are set to be exchanged for nearly 2,000 Palestinian prisoners. 142 of them are likely to be deported abroad. 100 released into the West bank, five to East Jerusalem and three to Gaza.

A powerful nor' easter making its way up the east coast towards New England, bringing heavy rain, wind and flooding. Fox Weather's Mike Seidel has the latest from Mahobooth Beach, Delaware.

Winds are still gusting close to 40 miles an hour. It is a nasty night out here. The only thing that could make it worse if the temperature was any colder, it's now right around 59 or 60. So it's come down. Sand is, is being picked up by these winds. So we've got some blowing sand and we still have the high surf, 8 to 10 footers crashing onto the beaches here. And that surf has been eating away, especially at times of high tide. And this steady onshore wind continues to keep the water from going out. So the low tide, we've only had about a third of an inch of rain so far.
