Gerber is initiating a voluntary recall of some of its arrowroot biscuits. They say in a statement the food from the 21 different batch codes could contain pieces of soft plastic or paper pieces. The company says it traces back to the arrowroot supplier. While the products were made starting in July of last year, the dates at which the biscuits expire span from October through December of 2026. It wasn't clear if the arrowroot flour suppliers issue has impacted other food products. Gerber says they are working with the FDA and will fully cooperate with their review.
