President Trump warns any Iranian ship, including small, fast attack vessels, will be immediately eliminated if they come near a U.S. blockade. The president vowed to block all ports in the Persian Gulf and Gulf of Oman after peace talks failed to broker an agreement with Iran over the weekend. The US Blockade is on top of Iran's closure of the narrow Strait of Hormuz, a vital waterway that about 20% of global oil supply passes through. A fragile ceasefire between the US And Iran is still in place, though it's unclear if another round of peace talks will be scheduled.
