remain unclear at the moment whether Iran has indeed agreed to the president's key asks, and that includes Iran's commitment to never obtain a nuclear weapon. President Trump also demanded unrestricted shipping traffic in the Strait of Hormuz and the removal of mines in the waterway. And regarding Iran's highly enriched uranium, the president said as the stockpile will be unearthed by the United States, which it is agreed is the only country along with China, with the mechanical capability of doing so in close coordination and conjunction with the Islamic Republic of Iran, plus the International Atomic Energy Agency, and destroyed.

Meantime, Iran's parliament speaker to post on X saying, quote, we do not gain concessions through talks, but through missiles. Meantime, two federal judges blocking President Trump in two different legal situations.
Peter Doocy
A federal judge ruled that the administration, administration cannot move any money for the time being into the $1.8 billion weaponization fund, which is meant to pay out people who think they have been victimized by the federal government. Then a separate federal judge ruled that President Trump's name has to come off the Trump Kennedy center and the administration cannot move forward with planned renovations that would close the center for two years. And that is too much for the president in a very long post. He concludes with this. I have instructed the Department of Commerce to make all necessary arrangements with Congress to allow a full and complete transfer of this institution, giving them the responsibility for its operation, maintenance and management.
Paul Stevens
And that's Fox's Peter Doocy the White House. Meantime, the White House has declined so far to comment about the legal blocking of that so called weaponization fund. America is listening to FOX News.

War Secretary Pete Hegseth meeting with his counterparts from Australia and the UK And Singapore discussing the partnership and its role in the Indo Pacific region. Hegseth pledging American commitment to the alliance.
Pete Hegseth
The United States, as we've said from the beginning, and we think the review we undertook only strengthened this partnership, remains committed to the Aukus partnership and is moving as quickly as possible to enhance our combined submarine presence in the Pacific region.

And that August meeting coming as China has expanded its fleet in the Pacific. Secretary Hegseth promising to continue American presence, however, in that region. Strong winds, heavy rain expected along the New England coast. Coming up for the weekend, Fox Weather's Katie Byrne in Boston.

We're expecting some of that weather to impact really all of eastern Massachusetts. The wind advisory has been expanded to include all of eastern Massachusetts and Rhode island with wind gusts up to 55 miles per hour possible for us. For Cape Cod in Nantucket, that advisory has actually been upgraded to a high wind warning. The National Weather Service saying that rain and strong potentially damaging winds could impact parts of southern New England throughout the day. The rain would actually be welcome news here because we have moderate to severe drought remaining for eastern Massachusetts. So far this year, Boston has received about 10 inches of rain when it would normally have seen closer to 17 and a half inches by now.

And the FAA is warning that airport ground stops and delays are possible. Meantime, another US Strike on an alleged drug boat killing three in the eastern Pacific. That coming out of the military in centcom. This happening Friday on a boat accused of smuggling in that area. Three men at least are dead, the third attack this week. And that pushes the overall number of deaths of people involved in these alleged anarcho terrorist boats to above 200. I'm Paul Stevens and this is Fox.
