Hours later, his mother received messages claiming her son was dead, that his body had been left inside a vacant home in Detroit. Patricia Johnson is now begging for help.

The suspect accused of stealing millions from the government and lying about his education and military service after the gold bars, cash and luxury watches were found in his Virginia home. A proposed data center facing public pushback in Utah is now much smaller.

The developers behind the proposed Box Elder county data center include Kevin O', Leary, the reality TV star known as Mr. Wonderful, who is the project chair. Box Elder county is in the northwest corner of Utah, about 160 miles from Salt Lake City. O' Leary told state Senate President J. Stuart Adams in a letter that his team will remove about 20,000 acres from the data center's original footprint, which spanned 40,000 acres. Last week, Adams called for the facility to be reduced by 75%. Public pressure, debate and backlash over the proposed center has continued for more than a month. Part of the adjustment cited by o' Leary will remove waterfowl management land south of the center.
