The Public Integrity Project filed a lawsuit over the weekend on behalf of two Virginia residents who argue the UFC fight card Sunday night at the White House violates National Park Service regulations and rules prohibiting sporting events on federal parkland. Carmelo Anthony's accused of murder stabbing Austin Metcalfe to death after Metcalf told Anthony to leave his school's tent at the track and field championship in Frisco, Texas, at the Kukendall Stadium last year. One 18 year old defense witness said while track meets were more informal than football games and people walked around a lot and went into other teams tents, he said he would leave if he was asked and would never bring a knife to a track meet. Metcalf had told Anthony to leave his team's tent when one prosecution witness said Metcalf shoved Anthony after Anthony said, you're not going to move me after that. Anthony, who previously had his hand in a backpack and stabbed Metcalfe. Another prosecution witness said Anthony cursed at them and said he wasn't leaving the tent after being asked who he was. Jessica Rosenthal, Fox News Anthony's lawyers are arguing self defense.

Federal agriculture officials confirming two new cases of flesh eating screwworm fly in Texas found in a calf and a dog hundreds of miles apart, bringing the total number of cases to 4. The state mobilizing multiple agencies, urging ranchers and residents to inspect animals daily. The head of the World Health Organization says a closed border should re reopen despite an ongoing Ebola outbreak.

Uganda temporarily shut its border with the Democratic Republic of Congo last month in an attempt to limit the spread of Ebola. The DRC is where the current outbreak is most prevalent, with more than 500 recorded infections. Uganda has reported 19 confirmed cases. World Health Organization Director General Tedros Adhano Ghebreyesas is visiting Uganda. Speaking at an Ebola isolation unit, he told reporters while the initial decision to close the border was sound blank, travel restrictions don't work.
