We have a statement that just came out from the Pentagon, from Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnass. I'll read it for our audience. It says, quote, the Pentagon has sophisticated systems to ensure the safety of the building and its occupants. These systems have detected an air quality issue necessitating precautionary measures. Until we determine its significance, the department is executing standard protection protocols, including a shelter in place for the affected area. Response teams are in place and ready to support the building.

A trio of rulings just out from the US Supreme Court relating to how bankruptcy proceedings should work in Keith Lee versus Buddy Ayers.
Supreme Court Analyst
The court sided with Keith Lee, who was accused of failing to disclose a personal injury lawsuit in his bankruptcy proceedings due to financial motive. The Supreme Court found having a motive to conceal potential finances itself isn't enough to warrant dismissing his personal injury case. In FS Credit Opportunities Corp. Vs. Saba Capital Masters Fund, the justice is ruled against allowing activist investors to sue public companies after those companies have opted into a rule that limits the activist investors voting power. And in Abu Ammo versus The US the justice has ruled that charges must be filed against an individual accused of a crime in the district where the crime was committed.

A statement from the Windsor Detroit Bridge Authority says Canada and the United States have agreed to delay the opening of the bridge, taking the necessary time to resolve any outstanding issues. It doesn't say what those issues are. President Trump has in the past threatened to block the bridge's opening, demanding at least 50% US federal government ownership and better trade deals. Canada paid for construction to be paid back with toll revenues. The bridge would ease construction at the Ambassador Bridge and the Detroit Windsor Tunnel. Chris Foster, FOX News.
