another attempt by Tyler Robinson's attorneys to delay his next hearing has been denied. Robinson is charged in the murder of Charlie Cook Kirk Rather. Fox's Claudia Cowan with more from Provo, Utah.

Charlie Kirk's accused assassin, Tyler Robinson lost his latest bid to postpone his preliminary hearing. His lawyers wanted to hit pause while they appealed the judge's ruling allowing cameras in the courtroom to the Utah Supreme Court. The defense also asked the judge to sanction the prosecution for talking to reporters. Prosecutor Christopher Ballard said he had to set the record straight.

Petroleum products and liquefied gas in the village of Volno was also damaged. We're told. The US Men's soccer team won the first World cup match played on US soil since 1994, beating Paraguay 4 to 1 at LA Stadium last night. After taking the lead early in the first half, the Stars and Stripes expanded their lead.
