President Trump arrives at the G7 summit with news. I'm Chris Foster, Fox News. The president's in the French Alps now for two days of meetings with the leaders of the UK Canada, France, Germany, Italy and Japan. And a peace deal with Iran is set to be signed on Friday in Geneva, Switzerland.
Max Gordon
There might be an initial deal between the United States and Iran, but there are still big issues that need to be settled. Both sides say the Strait of Hormuz is opening back up, but but it's unclear if tolls for ships will be coming at the end of the 60 day negotiating period. The interim deal also doesn't tackle Iran's nuclear program. President Trump has been adamant that Iran can't be allowed to obtain a nuclear weapon and that the US Would eventually go in to collect the nuclear dust. But details remain scarce. Iran has also called for an end to fighting in southern Lebanon, where Israel has been attacking Hezbollah as the militant group continues to strike northern Israel. In Dubai, Max Gordon, Fox News.

The Dow hits a new record on Wall Street. It is up 704 points now. The S&P up nearly 2%. The NASDAQ around 3%. The British Parliament will take up a ban on social media for kids under 16, requiring those platforms to verify users age.
UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer
UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer says that the ban will be like Australia's legislation that passed last year. But he says it's going to go further, adding, quote, we're going further than any country in the world by banning social media for under 16s and putting W in place to give kids their childhood back. It would include, we understand, blocking live streaming and communication with strangers for users under the age of 16. Government is also considering overnight curfews and measures to limit infinite scrolling.

Fox's Jeff Manasso. There are primary runoff elections in Alabama tomorrow, including the Republicans and Democrat Senate nominees. The winner in November will replace Tommy Tuberville and he is still the Alabama Republicans nominee for governor.
Eben Brown
Alabama's Republican Party is rejecting a challenge made to Tommy Tuberville's gubernatorial candidacy. Primary challenger Ken McPheeters formally questioned Tuberville's residency claim, saying the current US senator from the state had not lived in the state for the required seven years. The party reviewed all documents and now concludes Tuberville's residency is established and he will continue as their nominee for governor. Facing Democrat, former U.S. senator Doug Jones in November, incumbent Governor K. Ivey has reached the limit of terms. Eben Brown, Fox News I'm Chris Foster.
