President Trump was set to sign the 21st century road to Housing act this afternoon, but now says he is canceling the event until the Save America act is passed. The housing legislation won broad bipartisan approval with provisions capping corporate ownership of single family homes and updating zoning guidelines, all in an effort to boost housing stock and lower prices. But in a social media post, the president says the signing is canceled until such time as we pass the Save America act legislation adding voter ID and proof of citizenship requirements.
