In his opinion, Roberts rights of Congress intended to limit American citizenship to the children of those domiciled in the US Nothing in the succinct language of the citizenship clause conveyed that lower courts had blocked the executive order. Ahead of Supreme Court arguments in April, Justices Thomas, Alito and Gorsuch dissented.

Kiros called it horrific, but says it's the conflation between the actions of Israel and Judaism that makes Jewish people less safe.
