A Florida law aimed in part at controlling how race and gender policies are implemented in schools and businesses hits another roadblock in court.

Florida's 2022 law called Stop Woke was intended to prevent employers and public school teachers from enforcing policies claiming a particular race or gender was either morally superior to others or that it was systemically oppressed. That law is once again ruled unconstitutional. A panel of the U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeals says Florida's argument that a state UN university employed professor's speech belonged to the state was violative of the First Amendment.

A day after a cargo plane went missing while approaching Pakistan, some debris is found and recovered. However, a search continues for the main wreckage of the plane and the five crew members. Cities Waymo Robo taxis are coming to Las Vegas, Denver, San Diego and Tampa. The autonomous taxi service is already operating in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Dallas, Houston and San Antonio, as well as Orlando, Miami and Nashville.
