It is the first challenge to President Trump's birthright citizenship BAN since the U.S. supreme Court blocked lower court judges from issuing nationwide injunctions to block the order. The ACLU is leading the case and argued tens of thousands of babies and their parents may be exposed to harms without an injunction.
