A federal judge in New Hampshire is allowing a lawsuit filed on behalf of immigrant parents, infants and pregnant women to move forward as a class action. It is the first challenge to President Trump's birthright citizenship BAN since the U.S. supreme Court blocked lower court judges from issuing nationwide injunctions to block the order. The ACLU is leading the case and argued tens of thousands of babies and their parents may be exposed to harms without an injunction. Judge Joseph LaPlante granted that injunction but limited the scope of the class action to just infants, removing parents from the case.

The request made to a federal judge at a previously scheduled hearing today on terminating his his appointed counsel. Meantime, a Secret Service source tells FOX a Senate report is expected to be released this week on security failures during the first Trump assassination attempt 1 year ago this Sunday at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. The Secret Service now confirming that six agents were suspended without pay.

And Judge William Young in Boston is hearing evidence in a bench trial. There's no jury. The groups claim the governments adopted a policy of ideological deportation and that that violates their First Amendment rights. During the trial, a Homeland Security investigator testified they got many of the names of pro Palestinian students and professors from websites that are pro Israel. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has said they would revoke the visas and green cards of Hamas supporters, but an attorney for those suing says the government has determined basic pro Palestinian and anti war speech warrants deportation. Two years ago, Amanda Anisimova stepped away from tennis. She took a mental health break for nine months. Thursday, Anna Samova, ranked 12th in the world, upset world number one ranked Aryna Sabalenka in the semifinals at Wimbledon. Anisimova became the first American since Serena Williams in 2019 to make it to the ladies final at Wimbledon. This will be her first appearance in any Grand Slam final against the three time Grand Slam champ Sabalenka. Anisimova set the tone. She won the first set 6 4. Sabalenka won the second by the same score, deciding third set. Ana Samova lost the first game but then won four straight to lead 4 1. She won the set 64 to advance to the Wimbledon final Saturday. Friday, American Taylor Fritz will try to become the first American to reach the men's final at Wimbledon since andy Roddick in 2000.
