Investigators in Colorado identify a suspect in a massive wildfire burning along the border with Utah.

It was human caused. That from the San Juan County Sheriff's office in Colorado that says it's identified a person who may be responsible for the Deer Creek fire along the Colorado Utah border That's burned over 17,000 acres since July 10th. That's destroyed at least 10 structures, including homes. That's now just over 50% contained. The exact cause of the fire not released and the suspect not publicly named. The sheriff's office also not saying yet if there's been an arrest. Jeff Manasso, FOX News.

An anti whaling activist is removed from an international most wanted list. Interpol just confirming it removed. Paul Watson, the 74 year old former head of the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society known for high seas confrontations with whaling vessels featured in the reality TV series Whale Wars. Japan was seeking Watson's extradition from for encounter with a Japanese research ship more than a decade ago. A British James Bond wannabe is convicted of spying for Russia.

Howard Phillips ex wife told the court the 65 year old would dream about being like James Bond, but rather than spying for Britain like the fictional hero, Phillips attempted to conduct espionage against the United Kingdom. He thought he was passing information about a former British defense secretary to Russian agents, but the men he met were were undercover Brits.
