Two children and one adult died in Tuesday's explosion at the Horizon Biofuels plant in Fremont, Nebraska, according to the city's mayor who says a recovery effort is underway. Firefighters have been fighting the smoke and flames smoldering in the wreckage since the blast that tore off the plant's tower, mangling metal and littering debris. Neighbors say the explosion shook their homes. The fire has prevented crews from getting close enough to the plant to search for those who were unaccountable. A Dutch court, in an intermediary ruling, says the cars did contain software designed to cheat on emissions tests. There has not been a decision about paying compensation. Tech G will have to deal with a first of its kind ban on social media for children under age 16, Australia's parliament passing it to protect kids mental health and well being.
