Sullivan is accused of holding her stepson captive in an 8 by 9 foot room for two decades in February 2025, she called 911 to report a fire, telling firefighters her stepson was inside the home. They rescued the man who was in his early 30s, with first responders saying he was emaciated and weighed just 68 pounds.
