July's producer price index came in much hotter than expected. The ppi, which measures prices on the wholesale level before they reach consumers, rose 0.9% overall. Remove the volatile food, energy and trade categories and prices were up 3. 10 of a percent. Analysts were expecting just over 2 10. Two others awaiting hearings in court in Hamilton county, where they're all accused of multiple felony counts stemming from a brutal beatdown in Cincinnati late last month. The suspects, black, the victims, white. Defense lawyers claim it was sparked by racial slurs and a white man seen on video slapping a black man, though prosecutors say video will prove that none of that happened until well after a coordinated, unprovoked attack on the victims.

I don't want there to be any type of misunderstanding about this. This fight was started by these defendants.
