Deportation is now a murder suspect arrested in the case of a missing Maryland woman.

Prince George's County, Maryland Police say they've arrested 35 year old Hugo Hernandez Mendez in the death of 19 year old Dacara Thompson. Thompson was reported missing by her family on August 23 and her body was found on August 31 in a grassy area in a neighboring county. Prince George's County Police Chief George Nader says Hernandez Mendez is charged with first and second degree murder.

A more than $3 billion fine in Europe, where EU regulators say the company breached their competition rules by favoring its own digital advertising services. It's the fourth such antitrust penalty for Google, which calls the decision wrong and says it will appeal. The new NFL season officially underway. And so is a lot of sports betting.

How about 30 billion with a B? Dollars? Yeah, maybe some of that money coming out of the stock market and going on your favorite team. I am at the Rivers CAS Sportsbook in Philadelphia. The season kicked off in Philadelphia last night. This is a place where you come make a wager. Now, 38 states allow sports betting in some fashion. Most of that's online. All of those, and the District of Columbia and Missouri is about to join them. That $30 billion figure that I mentioned, that is an increase they think of eight and a half percent over last year. We talked to the guys at BetMGM this morning and they told us sports betting is just scratching the surface right now. It is continuing to grow.
