Thousands of people gathered in downtown Chicago Saturday protesting against federal intervention. Many of these people carrying signs and banners rejecting the deployment of troops and calling for ICE to be abolished. You see those signs and banners? The protests extended outside of the city. More than 100 protesters assembled outside side of Naval Station Great Lakes in northern Chicago. It is set to be used as a hub for the administration's immigration crackdown. Chicago is bracing for more immigration enforcement. President Trump issuing a warning on Truth Social, saying he loves the smell of deportations in the morning. It appears to be a reference to a line from the movie Apocalypse Now. The president also saying Chicago about to find out why it's called the Department of War, referring to the name change for the Defense Department.

Carlo Kutis really signals a new era for the Catholic Church, I have to say, because Carlo Kutis actually gives the Catholic Church two things it really sorely needs. It needs more young people, more young voices, but it also needs more voices of faith. And he has done both because of creating that website documenting eucharistic miracles. And what people may not understand is the Eucharist, the believing of the real presence of Jesus Christ in the unleavened bread is the core of Catholicism and Orthodox Christianity. It's what separates them from Protestantism really. So Carlo Acutis actually gives the church both of those.
