The primary effect of these brutal green energy policies has not been to help the environment, but to redistribute manufacturing and industrial activity from developed countries that follow the insane rules that are put down to polluting countries that break the rules and are making a fortune. They're making a fortune.

Closing arguments at the federal trial of Ryan Ruth in Florida, where he's accused of plotting to kill President Trump on a golf course last year. Prosecutors telling the jury Ruth had excessively stalked then candidate Trump and wanted him dead. Ruth, who's representing himself, has suggested he's just an attention seeker. He did not testify in his own defense. America is listening to Fox News.

ABC's largest affiliate owners, Sinclair and now Nexstar have decided they are not airing tonight's show. Nexstar says it'll continue preempting the show until they see change. Quote, we stand by that decision pending assurance that all parties are committed to fostering, fostering an environment of respectful, constructive dialogue in the markets we serve.

The decision to air Jimmy Kimmel Live again was reportedly made by Disney CEO Bob Iger after the company says it spent the last few days having, quote, thoughtful conversations with Jimmy after he made those controversial comments about Charlie Kirk's assassination.

The Sinclair company is demanding a Kimmel apology to the Kirk family and a donation to the family in Turning Point usa. Disney says the decision to suspend Kimmel's show was to avoid further inflaming tensions after comments the company calls ill timed and thus insensitive. But some critics are still blaming pressure from the FCC chair. There's a large recall of packaged tuna.

This tuna poke is not okay. Costco recalling a tuna product sold in 33 states under its Kirkland signature brand. The ahi tuna wasabi poke sold at Costco may be contaminated with listeria. The green onions used in the product tested positive for the organic that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in the young, the old and the immune weakened, likely to be in clear plastic wrap packed September 18th. Sell by September 22nd. If you have it in the fridge, the FDA advises don't eat it, throw it out and visit your local Costco for a refund. In case you've wondered, poke is a Hawaiian word meaning sliced for a dish, often fish or other protein. Therese Crowley, FOX News Stocks are mixed.
