This executive order will basically say that the TikTok deal does meet the law, therefore saving the app. It starts a 120 day clock that has TikTok to negotiate the final agreement between the parent company ByteDance and the new joint venture. Now under the agreement, ByteDance has less than 20% ownership.

The shooting killed one detainee, injuring two others before the gunman killed killed himself. Amazon's getting a big bill over allegations it duped customers into enrolling in prime membership. The Federal Trade Commission just announcing the online retail giant will pay a record $1 billion in civil penalties and another one and a half billion to reimburse prime subscribers to settle claims it signed up users without consent and made it difficult to cancel. Amazon does not admit any wrongdoing in the settlement. America is listening to Fox News.
