Fox's Eric Shawn at the UN President Trump also telling reporters that former FBI chief James Comey got caught lying to Congress the day after a grand jury indicted Comey on charges of of making a false statement and obstruction in 2020 testimony related to the Russian election interference probe. Comey says he's innocent. House Democrats are launching a probe at the president's recent replacement of the U.S. attorney in the Virginia district where the indictment happened days later. The president arriving a short time ago on New York's Long island where round one of the Ryder cup golf tournament is underway.

The Biden administration ordered a review of the Medal of Honor awards in the Battle of Wounded Knee in South Dakota, where hundreds of members of the Lakota tribe were killed, with a panel finding last year that the soldiers earned and should keep the medals.

Beginning next week, 13 federal agencies will be involved, along with Memphis police, state troopers and the National Guard, which has drawn concern from the Memphis mayor. An Atlantic hurricane is gaining strength.

Hurricane Humberto now has sustained winds of 90 miles an hour and is expected to grow stronger and reach category three at some point. But the forecast track keeps the storm far out to sea and swinging around Bermuda. A low pressure system now centered over Cuba has a very high chance of further organization and bringing significant rain and wind to the Bahamas and the US Southeast. Gabrielle is now considered a post tropical cyclone and is headed towards Portugal where it will drop heavy rain. In Miami, Eben Brown, FOX News.
