More clashes between protesters and law enforcement at an immigration enforcement facility outside Chicago where Border Patrol agents move people further way from the entrance today.

That's where things started to get testy. We saw some people as they were getting pushed back, tried to fight back against the federal officers. At least 10 people were arrested total over the last month. We know of close to 40 protesters that had now been arrested, including five that are now facing federal charges, two of them that had weapons on them at the time that they were fighting back with federal law enforcement officers trying to secure access an exit from this processing facility.

FOX is Garrett Tenney in Broadview, Illinois. The homeland Security secretary was visiting that facility earlier today and left after the exit was cleared by police. There have also been protests at an ICE facility in Oregon where a journalist has been taken into custody.

Portland, Oregon's police took conservative social media journalist Nick Sorter into custody. Video of him being cuffed is now online. It happened in the midst of chaotic protesting outside an Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility. The police say they were responding to fights breaking out and Sorter and others were charged with disorderly conduct. Sorter tells FOX News. However, he was recording rioters suspected of being part of the antifa movement getting sprayed with mace by federal agents when one of the protesters attacked him.
