A new twist in the Harvey Weinstein case as the defense asks a judge to overturn his New York conviction, pointing to the jury as a reason.

Court documents unsealed last week reveal that former movie mogul Harvey Weinstein's attorneys say two jurors who voted in June to convict him for first degree criminal sex act now regret the decision and only did so because others on the jury bullied them. His lawyers argued the guilty verdict was marred by threats, intimidation and extraneous bias, and that the judge failed to properly deal with it at the time. Weinstein, who is 73, was accused of the sexual assault of TV and film production assistant and producer Miriam Haley in 2006. He was acquitted on a second criminal sex act charge involving a different woman. Manhattan Prosecutors have until November 10th to investigate and file a response. The judge will rule on December 22nd. In New York City, Tanya J. Powers, Fox News Weinstein is also still.
