Case he calls mind boggling. Tens of millions of dollars worth across 11 states with more than 30 suspects, including NBA hall of Famer Chauncey Billups, who's currently head coach of the Portland Trailblazers, and Miami Heat guard Terry Rogier.
Nate Foy
NBA players and coach accused of using insider information to influence prop bets, which are bets placed on an individual player's performance rather than the result of the game. But of course, it does impact the result of the game. Fox's Nate Foy, Rozier's lawyer, tells Fox News, quote, it is unfortunate that instead of allowing him to self surrender, they opted for a photo op talking about the feds. They wanted the misplaced glory of embarrassing a professional athlete with a perp walk. That tells you a lot about the motivations in this case.

In addition to the illegal sports betting betting allegations, there's a second indictment over rigged poker games backed by four of the five major mafia families. Billups, the Portland coach accused of taking part in those, a former Toronto Raptors player, already pleaded guilty in the same investigation, admitting to altering his performance to facilitate prop bets. The White House just confirming President Trump has pardoned the founder of crypto giant Binance, Changpeng Zhao, who had pleaded guilty to enabling money laundering. White House spokeswoman Caroline Levitt says he was prosecuted by the Biden administration under what she calls their war on cryptocurrency. Also just getting word that New York City Mayor Eric Adams, after dropping his bid for reelection, is now endorsing former Governor Andrew Cuomo for mayor. Cuomo, running as an independent, and Republican Curtis Sliwa are trailing Democratic Socialist Zoran Mamdani in the polls. America is listening to FOX News.
