The Trump administration says border Patrol commander Gregory Bevino is expected to leave Minneapolis on Tuesday and border czar Tom Homan will be arriving. This is the Trump administration scored a legal victory as the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals overturned a lower court ruling that blocked certain tactics against anti ice rioters in Minnesota. FBI Director Cash Patel was on Fox's Hannity commenting on the weekend Border patrol agent involved shooting of 37 year old Alex Preddy who was armed at the time he was shot and killed.

Has learned from Homeland Security. They've confirmed that the agents involved in that Saturday morning shooting were wearing body cams. So there'll be multiple angles of of video footage from that shooting. That video footage now under review by Homeland Security. Also, the Trump administration has won an important legal victory. An earlier judge had placed restrictions on agents for using pepper spray against aggressive protesters. Those restrictions now been lifted. An appeal victory by the Trump administration.

Get back in D.C. amid the cleanup of a major winter storm across the country. Even if the Senate returns and has full attendance, Democrats are threatening to block a government funding bill that includes the Department of Homeland Security following the death of Alex Preddy in Minnesota. If the Senate makes any changes to the minibus package, the House will have to return to vote on it. And House sources tell Fox News they have no plans on returning this week. Monday saw about 7,000 delays and over 5,000 cancellations. Activists now say more than 6,000 people have been killed in the crackdowns against protesters in Iran. This is the USS Abraham Lincoln has arrived in the Middle east in order to expand President Trump's options for action against Iran if necessary. And a few dozen Iranian immigrants were deported to their home country as President Trump continues threatening Iran's leadership. Fox's Jennifer Griffin is in D.C. with more.

The Trump administration sent a deportation flight of nearly 40 Iranians from the US to Iran on Sunday, according to the American Immigration Council, which represents some of the Iranians slated for deportation. This is the third ICE deportation flight to Iran since September. It's part of what the Trump administration says is its broader mass deportation strategy. Human rights groups say this could be a death sentence for these Iranians.
