The hunt for Nancy Guthrie heats up. I'm Ted Lindner, FOX News. Fox reporting. Tonight, a person's been detained in connection to Nancy Guthrie's disappearance. The search in Arizona is intensifying with a SWAT team and bomb squad being deployed. Fox's Trace Gallagher with the latest from Tucson.

We found out that the bomb squad has now brought back their truck to the sheriff's station here in Pima County. And the person who was inside the bomb so squad has now gotten into a sheriff's cruiser and is apparently just sitting there waiting. The FBI agents are still in Annie Guthrie's neighborhood kind of canvassing that area. At last check, there was at least a dozen agents and they're still kind of going and they're checking the shrubbery even at night kind of going through that area. We have no idea what they're looking for. But they have been going inside backyard areas. They have been going up to neighbors, knocking on doors and showing them pictures and asking about their security camera situations.

The search continuing into its second week with a $50,000 reward offered for information leading to Nancy Guthrie's recovery. And that person has been detained in connection to the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie. That confirmed by Fox on Tuesday night as well. President Trump urging anyone with information about the kidnapping of Nancy Guthrie to call the FBI.

The measure mirrors an LA county ordinance. Bass says it also includes instructing LAPD officers to preserve all evidence related to ICE activities and directs the city's planning department to prepare an ordinance to impose fees on property owners who give site control to ICE agents.
