Twenty cities along the east coast slammed by a monster blizzard on Monday. This storm breaking several records as we hear from fox's Brandy Campbell in Boston.

Boston is one of the cities that did have those blizzard conditions here. So yes, we got a lot of snow. We also had some winds gusting nearly 70 miles per hour. But we've had some pretty impressive records just across the Northeast and the mid Atlantic. So we're going to start in park in New York City where they got nearly 20 inches of snow, establishing the blizzard as one of the most powerful winter storms in the city's history. Now over in Rhode island, they had 37.9 inches of snow reported. That broke their longest standing record, making this the greatest snowstorm in Providence's history. Their last record was 28.6 inches of snow.

The blizzard also disrupted more than 21,000 flights. And even though the storm has mostly come and gone, the National Weather Service is warning that perilous conditions can still persist. Americans in Mexico ordered to shelter in place after the Mexican military killed El Mencho, the leader of one of Mexico's most powerful cartels. Gang members have been retaliating by setting fire to buildings. President Trump making his first public remarks about the gun wielding intruder who was shot and killed by the Secret Service as he tried to enter Mar? A Lago on Sunday. 21 year old Austin Tucker Martin of Cameron, North Carolina, tried to sneak onto the resort grounds while carrying a and a gas can after being approached by Secret Service. He allegedly put down the gas can but raised the shotgun into a shooting position and then the threat was neutralized. But it's his refusal to drop the weapon that's leading some to wonder if this was, to use a common expression, suicide by cop.

Now that the Supreme Court has ruled President Trump didn't have the authority to impose his Liberation Day tariffs, major companies are calling for their money back. FedEx didn't specify a dollar amount yet, but they filed a lawsuit Monday against U.S. customs and Border Protection and the U.S. the same lawyers representing the shipping company also have clients like Costco, Bumblebee Foods and Revlon filing similar suits. Treasury Secretary Bessen has said the matter may be in lower courts for years. Reuters says more than $175 billion in tariff collections may be subject to refunds. Jill Nadeau, Fox News.
