Iran does not want to continue talks with the United States that according to Iran's security chief, it was also an advisor to Iran's former supreme leader. Tehran will not negotiate with the US following the U. S Israeli strikes on the Islamic republic this weekend. The Iran security chief Ali Larajani making that announcement on X today Monday in response to a report that Iran is trying to revive talks with Washington, the US And Israel continuing to pound Iran, dropping massive bombs on the country's ballistic sites and warships. President Trump on truth social threatening further strikes to avenge the deaths of three American troops and the wounding of five others this weekend.

A ballistic missile slammed into the city of Jerusalem, causing significant damage and wounding at least seven people. There was another attack earlier outside of Jerusalem. At least nine people were killed, including six members of the same family. When first responders arrived, they were digging through the rubble. Most of the country waited in bomb shelters. There are air raid sirens that are sounding in northern Israel in the city of Haifa. Haifa is Israel's third largest city.
